Core to our ethos is that you choose whether you learn to lead, follow, or both. Join us on Monday nights in Cambridge!
We welcome people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are an experienced dancer or a complete beginner with two left feet, we will make sure you have a great night of dancing and socialising.
Dancing can help you to keep fit, improves your posture, coordination and flexibility, and it’s good for your brain. As an organisation we are particularly passionate about the benefits of dancing for your mental health. Most importantly, it’s great fun!

Weekly Classes
We run a dance night every Monday. The schedule is:

| Beginner class | 19:45 |
| Intermediate class | 20:15 |
| Freestyle | 20:45 |
| Dancing ends | 21:45 |
Our standard price is £8 for the night with free membership.
Once the dancing ends we usually head to the pub afterwards. All welcome!
Find Us
We meet at Castle Street Methodist Church, Castle Street, Cambridge, CB3 0AH.
Car and bicycle parking is available in the church car park, which can be accessed from St Peter’s Street.
There is also Shire Hall Car Park a minute’s walk away which is free after 1900.
