In light of current government guidance and the ending of free lateral flow tests for the general public at the start of April 2022 we have updated our Covid-19 policy as follows:
- Although there is no longer a legal requirement to self-isolate, please do not attend a Jive4All event if you have tested positive for Covid-19.
- The nature of social partner dancing (close contact and dancing with lots of people during the evening) results in an increased risk of transmission of contagious illnesses so please do not attend a Jive4All event if you are feeling unwell.
- We will provide hand sanitiser at our events, please wash or sanitise your hands regularly between dances.
- We recommend vaccination against Covid-19 to all dancers for their own and group protection.
If we need to cancel an event at short notice for any reason then there will be a notification to the mailing list (which you can sign up for when you first attend) and on this website.
