Jive4All is an unincorporated association run by the Jive4All committee. For queries or complaints about the privacy policy or information we hold about you, please email data@jive4all.dance.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Some personal data may be collected while you are using the Jive4All website, by Jive4All and third-party providers that are used for Jive4All.
- Square Socket Ltd collect logs including your IP address and which pages you visited. These logs are used to detect abuse and will be deleted within 6 weeks. They are not shared with anyone else.
- Google Fonts, as described in their privacy policy.
- Font Awesome CDN, as described in their privacy policy.
- If you provide an email address it may be provided to SendGrid and processed according to their privacy policy.
- Personal information entered while buying tickets from our store will be deleted within 2 months.
The personal information collected by Jive4All and Square Socket Ltd is not transferred to or stored in countries outside of the UK and European Union.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
What rights you have over your data
If you have provided personal information on this site, for example by purchasing tickets, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
